Spent Christmas break at a cozy inn in Sri Lanka and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were larger than expected, had a beautiful sea view, and the owners were very gracious in welcoming us. The location was strategic, as it was only a short stroll to the beach and some lovely shops that offer unique souvenirs. the inn also provided complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise, as it was hearty and delicious.

The downside of our stay was that the bathroom was open to the air, which allowed mosquitos to come in freely. It was quite challenging to use the bathroom at night without getting bitten, but mosquito coils were readily available to help with our dilemma.
